Friendly staff, helped with luggage and provided snacks on arrival. Good location near beach and Old Town. Pool across the road, not a problem. Decent breakfast. Noisy rooms, but overall a satisfactory base for a couple.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Benidorm and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The newly refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, with a double bed that was perfect for my family. I also loved the nice bathroom and the balcony overlooking the town, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location in the Old Town was perfect, as it was away from the main strip and provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The lovely garden area was a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for our stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.
